Who Are We?

I have been a Personal Trainer for 9 years now working with clients in Birmingham on a 1-2-1/group basis and also online with clients from other countries such as America and Barbados. 

I am extremely excited about this project where I am able to work with a large supportive and active community who all want to achieve some amazing goals in 2021. 

My background into health & fitness came through playing academy rugby for Leicester Tigers when I was 16-18 years old then moving onto some great semi professional clubs such as Stourbridge & Newport Salop. I have also competed in two amateur bodybuilding competitions so that I could experience one of many ways to push myself to a physical limit finishing in 2nd and 4th place. 

Having made a career switch from a cushy corporate role to a Personal Trainer 4 years ago, and going from a guaranteed salary to the uncertainty of early days self-employment, I can hand on heart say it was the best decision I ever made despite the earache I received from my parents!

 

I have around 5000 hours of 1-2-1 coaching experience and been involved in resistance and strength and conditioning training for over 20 years. During this time I have played semi-professional football, been a competitive swimmer, and entered a Mens Health Fitness cover model competition.

In my spare time I love long walks with my dog and I have completed charity events such as running the Brighton Marathon for the mental health charity MIND.
